Orders and payment methods
The website www.maison-label.com is directed exclusively to private individuals.
Purchases made on this website are secure and guaranteed and may be paid via Credit Card; customers can send an email to info@maison-label.com to receive information.
However, we do not guarantee that all the items available at labelperfumes.com will be in stock at the time of your order. Should any of the items in your order be out of stock, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date; we may also contact you by phone or via email.
For any information about your order, to change or cancel an order already sent (when possible), please contact us at info@maison-label.com, mentioning your order number.

Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with carrier and tracking information; you will be able to check the state of the shipment on the carrier's website.
For any country, shipment fees will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the country of destination.
The estimated delivery time is from 1 to 4 days for the Canary Islands and 7 to 10 days for the Peninsula (Spain) and Balearic Islands (Spain). Delivery to other Countries takes an estimated time of 10 to 21 days. Please note, the delivery time is from the day you receive your shipment notification, not from the day you place your order. The parcels will be shipped on Tuesday of each week, the sample sets from Wednesday to Friday of each week.
Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide. If you are shopping from a country that we're unable to reach, you will be notified during the order-processing step.
Upon delivery of the items you will be required to check that the number of packages delivered is the same as what is indicated in the carrier's document and that the packaging is intact and has not been altered in any way. In case of tampering you must add the words "Subject to control goods for..." (indicate motivation) on the delivery receipt received by the carrier or other operator.
You must then report any damage within 3 days of receiving the items, according to the modality indicated by the operator carrying out the shipment.

R0 – Spain (Mainland Only)

Important Exclusions from Free Shipping to EU over €75
The following locations are always excluded from “Free shipping to the EU on orders over €75”:
Greece, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Ceuta & Melilla (Spain)
Return and refund policy
The right of withdrawal is regulated by law and the customer (i.e. any individual who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) is entitled to terminate the contract for any reason. To exercise this right, you must send us notice via registered letter within 10 business days of the date of delivery of the items; you will then receive an authorization message via email.
The purchased items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts. The shipment will be under the complete responsibility of the customer; we are not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of items returned via uninsured shipments.

The items must be returned to us within 10 business days, along with the authorization message received via email.
We will refund the entire amount already paid within 10 days from receiving the items; the amount will be transferred to your PayPal account or bank account. In the latter case, you will have to provide us with the details of the bank account on which you wish to receive the reimbursement.
Customers cannot return their purchases if the items are not in mint conditions or have been compromised in any way; for example, no refund will be issued in the case of
• use, even partial, of the items;
• loss of any of the components of the packaging;
• loss of integral parts of the product;
• damage to the items caused reasons other than its transport.
