Please note that shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds vary depending on the destination region. International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees not included in our prices.

International orders may incur customs fees or taxes not included in your purchase. These should be covered by the customer.

Shipment of sample vials (2ml) is subject to territorial restrictions. Some countries, such as the Netherlands and Germany, apply stricter customs controls. For any questions, please contact us to ensure smooth delivery of sample vials and full-size perfumes.

For any country, shipment fees will be calculated based on the weight of the items ordered and the country of destination.
The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 days for the Canary Islands, Spain, and Portugal, 2 to 4 days for the European Union, and 5 to 10 days for other countries.

 

For samples, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 21 days depending on the country.

Please note, the delivery time is from the day you receive your shipment notification, not from the day you place your order. The parcels will be shipped on Tuesday of each week, the sample sets from Wednesday to Friday of each week.

Sample shipments via postal service to the United States are temporarily suspended.​

NOT ALL COUNTRIES ALLOW THE TRACKING OF THE SHIPMENT TO THE DESTINATION. We do not accept claims for delivery delays or errors in Countries where it is not possible to track the shipment.
